Co-designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services.
Takes ownership of complex business requirements and provides ServiceNow configurations and implementation.
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop application coding design and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Analyze and research complex system requirements to optimize application efficiency and provide team guidance and suggestions on utilizing out-of-the-box and industry standards practices.
Participate with development, operations, and technology staff in overall systems development direction from technical analysis to user acceptance testing.
Prepare detailed technical and functional specifications and systems documentation for the ServiceNow modules.
5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions with ServiceNow.
Current CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or CSA (Certified System Administrator) certifications.
Experience with custom application development, including Custom Service Portal and widget creation.
Experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Possess and experience utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills with direct communication with customers and end-users.
Experience in advanced administering Now Platform.
Ability to work with a remote team, requiring the ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills).
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and related automation.
Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.

Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services.
